Drag a dial up or down to turn it. Hold Shift for fine control. Scroll over a dial to nudge it, and double-click any control to put it back.
On the picture itself: move to bend it, click for ripples, hold the button down to push harder, scroll to zoom. On a touch screen every finger counts, so try two or three at once.
Press the microphone button and some modes respond to your voice: sing, hum, talk or clap. The sound is only measured on this device. Nothing is recorded or sent anywhere.
On an iPad, use Share and then Add to Home Screen to keep blur as a full-screen app.

This needs a browser with WebGL 2, which yours doesn't seem to have turned on. Recent Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge all support it.
